Triple M Footy’s Damian Barrett believes Collingwood would only contemplate making one change to their team for Friday night’s blockbuster preliminary final against Richmond at the MCG.
While Damo doesn’t believe the Magpies will make any changes to the side that accounted for GWS by 10 points on Saturday, he reckons if coach Nathan Buckley chooses to make a change, it might be Darcy Moore coming in for Chris Mayne.
“I reckon there’s going to be a discussion of sorts around Darcy Moore,” Damo told Triple M’s Rush Hour on Monday.
“If there is a decision to be made, as is the case for the All-Australian team, someone's got to come out - who would it be at Collingwood? Is it Chris Mayne?
“If you want to roll the dice and play Moore, maybe it’s Chris Mayne (who comes out). I don’t see it happening but I reckon if he (Moore) is fit, then you have the conversation.”
James Brayshaw added: “No one comes out of that side unless they’re injured.”
