Collingwood legend Dane Swan was caught drink driving this morning, according to Tom Morris at Fox Sports.

Swan was pulled over on Williams Road in Malvern and allegedly blew 0.054 before being taken to the police station.

Victoria Police gave the following statement:

Police intercepted a car at a preliminary breath testing site on Williams Road in Malvern about 11.30am this morning (28 September) as part of Operation Scoreboard.

The driver, a 34-year-old Prahran man, returned a positive breath test.

He was accompanied to a nearby police station where he returned a blood alcohol concentration reading of 0.054.

The man received a $484 fine, had his licence immediately suspended for three months and will be required to have an alcohol interlock device.

Swan is set to appear at an event at Karingal Football Netball Club in Frankston today.
