Collingwood AFLW assistant coach Daniel Harford says that superstar forward Moana Hope will play more in the midfield this season.

Speaking to The Rub on Triple M prior to the game, Harford said that Hope’s role will be a bit different to last year.

“Mo’s a bit more flexible these days, we’re trying to get her up the ground because she’s got terrific skill level and she uses the ball so well,” Harf said.

“We want to get the ball in her hands a bit more so you’ll see her a bit higher through the evening tonight.”

Harf also spoke about which personalities to look for in the Collingwood team, and about which other players will make a splash in this AFLW season.

First bounce at Ikon Park between Carlton and Collingwood is imminent.
