Nat Fyfe has shown that he can translate his skills to the round ball today in Australia’s International Rules game against Ireland at Adelaide Oval.

Australia were threatening to lose touch in the second quarter when Ireland went 10 points up, but Fyfe had other ideas.

He got heavily involved, creating and finishing play.

Fyfe kicked two overs — shots that go through the middle above the net, worth three points — to pull the Irish back.

He went in at half time with 16 touches, two marks and two overs.

Fyfe was instrumental in Australia taking a 28-27 lead at half time, and he even got involved in some argy bargy with Irish captain Aidan O’Shea.
