Former Docker Spent Last Night Behind Bars

Ex-Fremantle player Shane Yarran was arrested last night after dumping a car in the Perth suburb of Gosnells.

Police allege they were involved in a high-speed pursuit with the former AFL player and he attempted to hide in a flower bed.

The car chase lasted approximately 20 minutes.

Yarran quickly surrendered to police officers once he was found lying in the garden and spent the night behind bars.

The 27-year old retired from football last year to deal with personal off-field issues.
