Sydney have snapped up former Geelong forward Daniel Menzel as a delisted free agent on Wednesday.
Menzel, who missed four years of footy due to four consecutive knee reconstructions, played 73 games and booted 136 goals for the Cats since making his debut for them in 2010.
The 27-year-old joins the Swans on a one-year deal.
The biggest knock on the talented forward is his lack of pressure in attack, but he is a proven goalkicker with 104 majors from 52 matches since making his comeback late in 2015 at two goals a game.
Menzel joins former Geelong teammate Jackson Thurlow and ex-Kangaroo Ryan Clarke as Sydney recruits this off-season.
