It looks like we’ll be hearing about the score review system for the next few days at least after another stuff up in the Brisbane v Essendon game.
Jake Stringer’s snap late in the last term was initially called a touched behind, with the field umpire and goal umpire both calling it as such.
However a review somehow overturned the decision, despite the soft call being a behind and the fact that Dayne Beams’s hand appeared to visibly be brushed back by the ball.

Essendon went on to win the game 12.12 (84) to 8.14 (62).
