Richmond superstar Jack Riewoldt is on track to break into the club’s top 10 of most games played next season.

Riewoldt, currently ranked 14th at the Tigers on 249 games, needs to play 17 games next year to overtake Joel Bowden (265) and make it into the top 10.

And given the 30-year-old has played at least 20 games in each of the last 10 seasons, history suggests he should be able to achieve that feat.

With Kevin Sheedy (251), Vic Thorp (263), Perce Bentley (263), Bowden (265) and Chris Newman (268) all ahead of him, Riewoldt could realistically make it to ninth on the list in 2019.

Riewoldt is also a sneaky chance of drawing level with or replacing Dale Weightman (274) in eighth place next year, but would need to play 25 or 26 games to do so.
