Port Adelaide utility Jackson Trengove joined Roo and Dits on Triple M Breakfast this morning and provided an injury update on Power ruckman Paddy Ryder.
Ryder, having a standout season in 2017, looked to injure his ankle during the Power's demolition job of North Melbourne on Saturday, putting him in some doubt for Port's top eight blockbuster against Melbourne this weekend.
But Trengove put Port fans fears to bed.
“Yeah he will (play),” Trengove told Roo and Dits.
“He obviously pulled up a little bit sore, but he’s a professional with the way he goes about his recovery.
“He’s already walking around and will probably train this week.
“I think he’ll have light duties today, but Thursday at our main session he’ll be out there I suggest.”
