Port Adelaide big man Jackson Trengove joined Triple M Adelaide this morning following his club’s disappointing finals exit at the hands of West Coast.

Trengove didn’t play in the elimination final with the utility finding it hard to earn a place in the Power line-up this season.

In a very honest chat with Roo and Ditts, the out-of-contract Trengove admitted that there is “definitely a chance” he won’t be at Alberton next season.

“Probably over the last four weeks I’ve had to reassess where I’m at at our football club,” Trengove admitted to Triple M.

“Whether I’m still in the picture to play footy here or not.

“I obviously think I’ve got a lot of AFL footy left in me.”

The 26-year-old told Triple M his exit meeting with the Power was taking place this morning and confirmed he’ll be seeking answers as to whether he still fits into the club’s future plans.

“I’ve got to have that honest conversation with the football club at 10 o’clock this morning.

“I’ll ask if I fit in their picture, and if I don’t; I’ll definitely have to look elsewhere.”
