Jake Carlisle's two-match ban for striking has been upheld by the AFL tribunal.

More to come

Earlier on Triple M:

St Kilda will head to the tribunal to challenge the two-week ban handed to Jake Carlisle.

Carlisle was charged with striking Jack Riewoldt after a failed attempt at a spoil during the first term of Saturday's Richmond/St Kilda clash.

Riewoldt was concussed and played no further part in the game.

The match review officer assessed the incident as careless conduct, high contact and high impact.
