Jars has received some intel over the last couple of days about the futures of Jake Lever and Mitch McGovern.

The two Adelaide young guns are out of contract, and reportedly weighing up massive offers to move elsewhere.

Jars kicked off with McGovern, and said he's heard some "really good news".

"This is how I think it will pan out, and this is the intel I’ve received in the past 48 hours," he said on Triple M's Rush Hour with Jars and Louie.

"Mitch McGovern, I’ll go first. (I’m) very confident he’s going to recommit to the Crows, which is really good news."

He cited playing in a strong forward line as one of the selling points.

"Because why would you want to go to a basket case like Fremantle, which have offered a lot more dough and under a coach that has still got the same game plan that he had when he was with St Kilda?" he asked.

"He can play that fourth of fifth forward, with ‘Tex’, with ‘JJ', with Tommy Lynch...he goes to Fremantle and becomes that number one target, he’s going to get smashed."

The mail wasn’t so good for Jake Lever, though.

“Young Jakey Lever, a lot of publicity (on) this young talent,” he said.

“He’s already packed up. He’s going to go to the Melbourne Football Club. They’re not far off from playing premierships."

But it's not exactly the lure of a flag.

"I’m telling you now, he is goneski. And he’s goneski for a lot of money. He’s going for the money," he said.

“You can’t blame the young man because that’s why he’s going, he’s going for the money. The money is magnificent."
