Geelong skipper Joel Selwood was knocked out in the opening minutes of their clash with Fremantle, ending his day early.
Selwood copped an accidental blow to the head from returning Docker Hayden Ballantyne.
He was immediately knocked out, stopping play for a few moments.
He later awoke and refused a stretcher, which had come out onto the ground.
He walked and later jogged from the ground, assisted by trainers.
He was later spotted on the bench with a jacket on, suggesting his day is done.
