Adelaide forward Josh Jenkins has confirmed that Geelong veteran Harry Taylor shook his hand with a piece of ham on Friday night after their game.

Speaking on Triple M Adelaide this morning, Crows skipper Tex Walker told the story - an apparent jibe at the fact that Jenkins had gotten food poisoning from ham the week before.

Speaking on FiveAA, Jenkins said that he was "dumbfounded" by the exchange.

“I’m not mates with him, I barely know him. I’ve never even really had a conversation with him. He’s a different cat," Jenkins said.
