This will give you goosebumps.

Nick “Beefy” Burke is many things: a Collingwood fan, a waterboy at his cricket club, and a man with cerebral palsy and a condition that leaves him with too much fluid on his brain.

He also helps out his mate Hugh van Cuylenberg with the Resilience Project; van Cuylenberg has worked closely with many footy teams — including Beefy’s beloved Pies.

After a recent stint helping Collingwood out, Nathan Buckley loved a video of Hugh and Beefy at their cricket club so much that he decided to orchestrate a chance to have Beefy help the Pies out running water at their training session.

The look on Beefy's face when Hugh asks if he can help out is brilliant.

Beefy was even called upon to deliver one of his trademark fiery motivational speeches.

Watch the brilliant video here, but be warned — it has a little bit of bad language (and a lot of passion).
