A footy fan in his 80s has died at the MCG after suffering a heart attack, according to News Corp.
Another man in 70s also suffered a heart attack and is in a critical conditions.
A woman in her 20s is also in a critical condition after suffering from a medical condition.
The woman and man in his 70s were both taken to the Alfred Hospital.
The incidents all occurred within half an hour of each other and in different parts of the ground.
“To have three unrelated and serious medical emergencies from the one location is quite uncommon” Ambulance Victoria spokesman John Mullen told News Corp.
Some fans were unable to get back to their seats for up to half an hour as medicos performed CPR.
