Richmond and Melbourne supporters take a bow!

85,657 people turned out for the ANZAC eve clash at the MCG.

This is a record crowd between the two sides and smashes all recent records.

The previous attendance record between these sides was back in Round 22, 1998 where the crowd was 76,387.

Tonight is the biggest crowd the Demons have played in front of since the 2000 Grand Final against Essendon.

The game was an epic where the injury plagued Demons 11.9 (75) were over run by Richomnd 12.16 (88) lead by a 6 goal effort from Jack Riewoldt.

The Tigers will sit undefeated with a 5-0 win/loss record.

This game looks set to be a traditional clash with such a enormous turn out from the supporters.
