Jake Stringer's day appears to be done, with the Western Bulldogs star put on ice early in the clash against Port Adelaide with a hamstring injury.
Stringer went down to the rooms early in the clash, favouring his hamstring.
He was seen walking the boundary, testing in out in a bid to return, but that bid looked unsuccessful, as he was later spotted with ice being applied to his hamstring.
Triple M boundary rider Michael Roberts said it looked like his day was over.
"Stringer's gone for the afternoon," he said.
"(It's) right in the belly of the 'string."
A hamstring strain for the 23-year-old could see his season over.
He was playing just his second game back from another hamstring complaint, missing three weeks of footy.
