St Kilda player Nathan Freeman will make his long-awaited debut against the Western Bulldogs this Saturday night.

Former Magpie Freeman has had a series of bad hamstring injuries since being injured in his one pre-season match for Collingwood in 2014.

It will be his first game in his 1,718 day AFL career, and he’ll be the 1596th player to represent the Saints.

Freeman has been in noticeably good from in the VFL, averaging almost 25 touches a game and racking up 37 last week.

Damian Barrett says that Richmond are nervous about Tom Lynch meeting with Collingwood.
