Adelaide assistant coach Scott Camporeale says Hugh Greenwood is expected to play, despite concerns around his calf.

Greenwood collected just six disposals in last week's final and spent significant time off the ground having his calf worked on during the win over Geelong.

But Camporeale has defused the concern around the 25-year-old, who boarded the flight to Melbourne on Thursday.

"He got through training yesterday, so we expect him to play," he told reporters at the airport.

"He's fine, he got through training yesterday, he ticked all the boxes."

Camporeale doesn't expect Adelaide to make any changes with forward Mitch McGovern now ruled out.

The Crows do have Wayne Milera, Alex Keath and Reilly O'Brien, last week's emergencies, all in contention.

"We've got a body of evidence with the team that we played, particularly in the last month, which would suggest that that's the right mix for us, but we'll finalise that this afternoon," he said.
