What the hell?!

We've come across some weird and wacky pre-season injuries before in footy.
But this might take the cake.
North Melbourne star Scott Thompson was at home on New Year's Ever - and still recovering from minor surgery on an injured adductor - after a brief holiday.
And one bizarre accident almost landed him straight back in hospital.
“We’d just come back (from a holiday) and obviously hadn’t changed the dog’s water bowl over,” Thompson told nmfc.com.au on Friday.
“He drank some old water and threw it up on the floor. I was in thongs and didn’t see it, stepped over a Christmas present and just kept on going."
It almost ended catastrophically for the already-injured defender.
“I think it was New Year’s Eve I gave it a little test out on the floor at home," he said.
"I actually slipped over in my dog’s vomit, so it was a good little test.”
Thankfully for Thompson, it hasn't hindered his recovery.
“It’s coming along well. It’s a couple of weeks off, but I’m out running and just joined in today with a few kicking drills," he said.
“I’m running now and just integrating into a little bit of skills, so I’d hope to be fully training in three weeks, and hopefully play a couple of the pre-season games."
