Seven Brisbane Players Sign Contract Extensions

Brisbane has announced the re-signings of a whopping seven players.

Jacob Allison, Archie Smith, Corey Lyons, Oscar McInerney, Mitch Hinge, Jake Barrett and Matt Eagles will all stay at the Lions beyond 2017.

Allison has signed an extension taking him until the end of 2020 after making his AFL debut late in the season.

Smith will stay on at the club for another two years, as well fellow ruckman McInerney.

Lyons, too, has signed a two-year deal, taking him until the end of 2019.

Hinge and Barrett have signed one-year contract extensions, as has The Recruit winner Eagles, who will spend another year on the club's rookie list.
