Melbourne coach Simon Goodwin says that defender Jake Lever’s injury is a “suspected ACL”.

Goodwin fronted the media after Melbourne’s 15.10 (100) to 7.9 (51) win over the Western Bulldogs at Etihad Stadium, during which Lever limped off after injuring his knee in an innocuous incident in the first term.

Lever tried to change directions and pulled up lame.
