Some Collingwood Fans Are Already Planning The 2019 Premiership After Party

In a sign that Pies fans definitely aren’t getting ahead of themselves after a grand final appearance, a group of them are already planning the post-2019 premiership after party.

A Facebook event popped up in the last couple of days for the event, which is supposed to be held at Young and Jackson on the corner of Flinders and Swanston streets.

“Football's f**king coming home!,” the event’s description reads.

“Premiership after party at Y&J’s!”

The event — complete with crudely photoshopped photo superimposing current players on the 2010 premiership photo — is hosted by a Facebook page called Realistically Confident Collingwood Supporters, so there’s a fair chance it’s a piss take, but we’d prefer to believe it’s real.
