St Kilda midfielder Koby Stevens believes Sydney will win the grand final this year.
Stevens told Triple M’s Rush Hour that he made his mind up on his 2017 premiership pick after he walked off the SCG following the Saints’ 42-point loss to the Swans in Round 18.
“The way they defend the ground is unbelievable,” Stevens said of Sydney.
The Swans are currently sixth on the ladder with one round left in the home-and-away season.
In order to finish in the top four and obtain the double chance, Sydney will have to beat Carlton and they’ll also require Richmond (fourth) to lose to St Kilda and Port Adelaide to either lose to Gold Coast or beat the Suns by a margin that sees their percentage dip below Sydney’s.
