Dane Swan announced this week he’d be making a comeback to footy with his childhood club Westmeadows in the Essendon District Foootball League.
However it appeared that comeback was in jeopardy due to issues with an insurance payout from his career ending injury.
Since then Westmeadows has been in discussions with the AFL, but appears to have sorted it out, allowing Swanny to play.
Swanny will be allowed to play against Oak Park and Tullamarine, as Damo reported on the Friday huddle:
