The Swans lost Jake Lloyd in the opening minutes due to concussion.
Now they're down to two on the bench, with Reid sidelined due to concussion as well.
He copped a knock to the head after a tackle from Shaun Burgoyne.
Triple M boundary rider Liam Flanagan said Reid's night was over.
"It looks like Sam Reid is done," he said.
"He has not returned after half time for the Swans."
