At one point Geelong looked like they needed something special against St Kilda on Sunday.
Enter Joel Selwood.
After 13 disposals to half time, Selwood lifted his game to extraordinary levels in the second half.
He racked up a whopping 16 disposals in the third term and backed it up with 14 more in the last quarter, to keep Geelong in the match and then help them run over the top.
It was one of the most prolific halves of football you'll see.
"Guess who? I'll give you one guess," Wayne Carey said when handing out the best on ground votes on Triple M.
"Joel Selwood, three votes. Real captain's game again. He just knows how to inspire his team."
"(There are) so many accumulators in this competition as on-ballers. He's one on-baller that is a match-winner. He can win matches for his team and he did it again today."
