The Hawks have been dealt three cruel injury blows after their trip to Launceston.
Hawthorn have revealed on their club website that superstar Cyril Rioli has suffered a PCL injury.
The knee complaint could see the Norm Smith medallist missing "anywhere from 8 to 12 weeks" of football.
Ben Stratton was another casualty from the Hawks win over Brisbane, suffering significant bone bruising to his knee.
He is expected to miss 4 to 6 weeks as well.
James Frawley also has a complaint of "turf toe", with the Hawks medical crew expecting he could miss "up to 8 weeks or more."
