Three young Bombers have signed contract extensions, tying them to the club until the end of 2020.
Josh Begley, Kobe Mutch and Jordan Ridley have all signed on for another two years.
Begley emerged in the side after making his debut late last year before tearing his ACL on Anzac Day, while Mutch played his first game last week against Melbourne.
Ridley is yet to debut after an injury-riddled start to his career.
“There is no doubt Josh, Kobe and Jordan have huge potential and talent, and I have no doubt they can all become regular senior players," he told the club's website.
"We are excited to see what they can achieve at Essendon over the next few years.”
