Tigers Duo Push Their Case For Finals Recall

Richmond duo Sam Lloyd and Anthony Miles have pressed their cases for recalls to the Richmond senior side.

The Tigers VFL team faced Collingwood in an elimination final this afternoon at Fortburn Stadium. 

Lloyd collected 36 disposals and nailed a clutch final quarter goal to put the Tiger in front in the dying minutes. 

Miles was judged best afield with 37 possessions, nine clearances, six inside 50s and a goal.

Youngsters Corey Ellis and Jayden Short also impressed for Richmond. 

The Tigers were victorious 12.13 (85) over Collingwood 11.7 (73).

Richmond's AFL side will play in a qualifying final against Geelong next Friday night at the MCG.
