Tom Boyd Booted A Bag In Big Bulldogs’ VFL Win

Western Bulldogs key forward Tom Boyd has kicked a bag in their big win over Coburg at Whitten Oval today.

Boyd booted five majors in wet, windy conditions in a 17.11 (113) to 4.8 (32) shellacking in the west.

Three of his goals came within 10 minutes in the third term as the Dogs kicked away.

The Bulldogs took a 15 point lead into the main break, but kicked 13 goals to three after half time to dish out a major belting.

Liam Nash also booted three for the Dogs — all after half time — while Patty Lipinski all snagged a couple of majors in the second term.

The Dogs take on Geelong at Kardinia Park next weekend.
