Adelaide forward Tom Lynch will sign a contract extension to stay at the club, according to AFL.com.au.

Reports indicate that Lynch will sign an extension for three years, locking him away until the end of 2021.

Lynch — a former Sandringham Dragon — had been linked with a move back east to Melbourne, but has reportedly elect to stick fat with Adelaide.

The signing is a big win for the Crows, who are facing scrutiny over a controversial pre-season camp that is said to have alienated some players.

Adelaide yesterday parted ways with Collective Minds, the group that ran the camp.

The Crows are also attempting to fend off interest in star Rory Sloane, who is a free agent at the end of this year and has also been linked to a move back to Melbourne.

Lynch has played 109 games for the Crows since making the switch from St Kilda in 2011, where he’d managed six games.
