Collingwood defender Tyson Goldsack will miss the entirety of the 2018 season due to an injury to his ACL, according to The Hot Breakfast footy reporter Tom Browne.
Goldsack played in the Pies’ JLT Series match against the Western Bulldogs yesterday and suffered what first appeared to be an innocuous injury.
However scans today revealed the true extent.
It’s a tough blow for the Pies, who will already be missing Jamie Elliott and Daniel Wells for their round one clash against Hawthorn on Saturday March 24.
Browne says that Collingwood will make a statement tomorrow.
