We Think We've Figured Out Where The Pendlebury's Got The Name 'Jax'

We've finally done some investigative journalism - and it appears we may have stumbled upon how new parents Alex and Scott Pendlebury decided on the name of their son.

The couple announced the birth of Jax this morning, much to the delight of the football world.

The unusual first name raised a lot of questions; however, it appears we may have an answer.

Scott and Alex are big Sons of Anarchy fans - as demonstrated by this tweet from the Magpies skipper in 2011:

The protagonist of the American crime drama series is named 'Jax Teller' - played by Green Street actor Charlie Hunnam, which was also spotted by Alex:

Furthermore, Alex replied to a tweet in 2012 referring to Sons of Anarchy in which she implied that Jax was her favourite character on the show:

We don't want to speculate, but at this point we can confidently confirm that the Pendlebury's son has been named after a fictional bikie:
