The AFL has a new worst offender for turnovers, with Dustin Martin leading the league.

It might come as no surprise, with Martin sitting second in the league for kicks and seventh for disposals.

But it still may surprise how far ahead Martin is, with the Richmond star recording 122 turnovers this season, 14 ahead of second-placed Zach Merrett (108).

Martin's also the third-worst offender when factoring in disposals, suggesting it's not just leather poisoning.

They are the only two players to crack the ton this season, with Zach Tuohy, Matt Crouch and Sam Docherty rounding out the top five.
