Chad Wingard is now a Hawthorn player, while Ryan Burton and Sam Mayes have also found new homes in a complex-three club deal.
Wingard became a Hawk on the final day of the trade period as the Hawks, Power and Lions were involved in a swap.
Port Adelaide has received Burton, Mayes, pick five and five 15 in the swap, giving up Wingard and pick six.
Hawthorn netted Wingard, but gave up pick 15, pick 35 and Burton.
Brisbane has essentially downgraded their pick five to pick six, as well as trading Sam Mayes, for two picks later on in the draft this year and next.
