Jake Lever's Preferred Trade Destination Confirmed

Jake Lever’s preferred destination is Melbourne.
Adelaide head of football Brett Burton confirmed on Triple M's Rush Hour that Lever, who has officially requested a trade from the Crows, has nominated the Demons as his club of choice.
Burton said the Crows would negotiate with any Victorian club on a deal in order to get the best deal for Adelaide, not just Melbourne.
"I'm extremely disappointed, obviously. You never want to hear that someone wants to leave your footy club," he told Triple M Adelaide.
"Now we'll just look to make a decision that's best for the Adelaide footy club.
"We're in negotiations with a number of Victorian clubs at the moment.
"Jake's intimated that he wants to go to the Melbourne footy club...for us, that's good information, but also irrelevant in the fact that we'll just do what's best for the Adelaide footy club.
"There's 10 clubs in Victoria and we'll just negotiate with whoever will give us good value for Jake Lever."
