Richmond goalsneak Sam Lloyd has been traded to the Western Bulldogs on Monday in exchange for pick 64.

Lloyd, who is perhaps best known for his dramatic after-the-siren match-winning goal against Sydney in 2016, has been starved for opportunities at Richmond in recent years.

After playing every game in 2016, he has only managed 15 games in the past two seasons as the Tigers transformed themselves into one of the competition’s powerhouse sides, winning the flag and minor premiership in consecutive years.

Since being taken at pick No.66 in the 2013 draft, Lloyd has played 57 games and kicked 69 goals for the Tigers.
