Tommy Sheridan will join GWS next season.

The winger, who was delisted by Fremantle last month, will join GWS for the 2019 season.

Sheridan had played 81 games for Fremantle, kicking 31 goals, after being drafted with pick 16 in the 2011 AFL draft.

GWS list manager Jason McCartney said the club was thrilled to add Sheridan to their list.

“We’re excited to be able to add Tommy to our list for the 2019 season,” he told the club's website.

“He’s an absolute running machine and as a result is a really versatile option for us.

“We see an important role for him on the wing but can he can also play through the midfield as well.

“He’s a quality person who knows many of the guys on our list already, so we anticipate he’ll seamlessly transition into our club culture and life in Sydney.”
