Friday has been a pretty huge day for Australian basketball sensation Ben Simmons.

Not only did he hit the highest score of his fledgling NBA career as he guided the Philadelphia 76ers to a thrilling 116-115 win over the Chicago Bulls, but he’s also had a mural painted in his honour in his hometown of Melbourne!

The former No.1 draft pick finished up with 32 points, including a pair of match-winning free throws at the death, on 72 percent shooting from the field, along with 11 assists and seven rebounds.

Simmons was ably assisted by All-Star teammate Joel Embiid who racked up 30 points, 13 rebounds, five assists, four blocks and three steals.

Just look at how in sync these two young superstars are.
