Australian basketball prodigy Ben Simmons has put in another super performance for his Philadelphia 76ers who defeated the Utah Jazz 104-97 on Wednesday in the NBA.

While his field shooting was wayward (7-22), he still finished up with a double-double that consisted of 16 points, 13 rebounds and this monster jam.

The Melburnian also dished off six assists and executed three steals and three blocks which were both equal game-highs.

Teammates Dario Saric (25 points, 10 rebounds) and Robert Covington (14, 12) also registered double-doubles while JJ Redick added 20 points for the 76ers.

The result was a mixed bag for Australia because it meant Simmons’ compatriot Joe Ingles suffered a defeat.

He was one of the Jazz’s best, though, with 15 points and six rebounds.

The resurgent 76ers have now improved to 6-4 while the Jazz slipped below .500 (5-6).
