Kyrie Irving is packing up.

The Melbourne-born Cavaliers star, who's never really been content with playing second fiddle to one of the greatest of all time, is on his way to Boston.

The Celtics are sending two-time All Star Isaiah Thomas, Jae Crowder, Ante Zizic and Brooklyn's 2018 first-round pick to Cleveland to get him.

Irving shocked the NBA after requesting a trade back on July 21.

He's averaged 25.2 points and 5.8 assists for the Cavs, who lost to the Golden State Warriors in the NBA Finals.

The four-time All Star was on the team that won the NBA Championship only last year.

Irving was also the Rookie of the Year in 2011-12.

Kyrie's off-contract in as little as two seasons, meaning the Celtics will be hoping they can re-sign him after that long-term.

The deal looks to be the last of what's been an incredibly dramatic off-season in the NBA that's seen a number of superstars like Paul George and Chris Paul switch teams through trades.
