Oklahoma City Thunder forward Enes Kanter has sustained one of the weirdest basketball injuries you'll see.

It wasn't even on the court.

During the second quarter of a match against the Dallas Mavericks Kanter unleashed his frustration on a nearby chair, punching it.

But his frustration will last even longer, as it caused him to fracture his forearm.

Kanter immediately knew something was wrong, grabbing his right arm, and scans have confirmed the severity.

Kanter is set to miss six to eight weeks of action.

It brings an impressive season to a halt, with Kanter currently the Thunder's third-leading scorer.

OKC went on to win 109-98 over the Mavericks.
