You won't find many better individual performances than this!

17-year-old Kiwi Amelia Kerr has scored a whopping double century and backed it up with a five-wicket haul in the third ODI against Ireland overnight.

Kerr, opening the batting, blasted a whopping 232 not out off 145 balls, a knock featuring 31 fours and two sixes, passing Belinda Clark's record for the highest women's ODI score of all time with a six off the last ball.

She raced to her century off 77 balls, notched up 150 off 102 balls and had her double ton in the bag off 134 balls, helping New Zealand to a monstrous total of 3/440 off their 50 overs.

In response Ireland posted a fairly meagre total, crashing to 135 all out...largely to Kerr's work once again.

She took the important wickets of Shauna Kavanagh and Una Raymond-Hoey - the only two batters to pass 20 - before cleaning up the tail to end with 5/17 off seven overs.

"It was pretty special," she said after the match.

"I wasn't really thinking too much, my mind was pretty clear. Just see the ball, hit the ball, really.
