Speaking on Triple M’s Test cricket coverage today, injured Victorian quick Peter Siddle revealed that national coach Darren “Boof” Lehmann is a prank master.

Sids told a story about Boof exacting brutal revenge on a player of his during his days coaching the Queensland Bulls through the player’s car.

“He did have a young player that was doing a lot of pranks to him and having a bit of fun at the coach’s expense.” Siddle said.

“So the coach decided ‘ok,’, goes to the offices, gets his address, gets all his details, finds out his car make and model and whacks it on Car Sales.

“So this young bloke wakes up one day, it’s hit the internet, and here’s this bloke at breakfast getting all these phone calls about this car.

“The right make, the right model, and they’re saying it’s for sale!

“He’s like ‘nah mate,’ he kept hanging up and hanging up until he found that Boof had whacked it on Car Sales for a very low price that no one could resist!”
