West Indian international Kieron Pollard just committed a horribly unsportsmanlike act in the Caribbean Premier League T20 tournament.

Pollard, captain of the Brabados Trident, was playing against St Kitts and Nevis who were chasing 129 runs for victory.

St Kitts and Nevis had victory well within their sights at 0/128 in the seventh over.

Big hitting opening batsman Evin Lewis was having an absolute field day - blasting 6 fours and 11 sixes to be *97 after just 32 deliveries.

Needing just one run for victory with Lewis on strike, Pollard took the ball knowing his side was facing a heavy defeat.

In an act of disgusting sportsmanship, Pollard denied Lewis the chance at making a century by deliberately bowling a no ball to hand St Kitts and Nevis the victory.

Pollard was savaged on social media for his actions.
