There's ridiculous short leg catches, then there's this effort from Marnus Labuschagne.

The Aussie batsman was placed at short leg during the second Test against Pakistan in Abu Dhabi when he plucked this one out of nowhere.

Off Mitch Starc's bowling, Pakistan opener Mohammad Hafeez middled one straight to him at short leg.

The ball hit him in the thigh, then the other leg, bouncing around and somehow managing not to hit the ground.

It eventually hit his knee and bounced up as Labuschagne went to ground, allowing him to cradle the ball and take the catch.

Labuschagne's no strange to catches at short leg - he took one as a sub fielder at the Gabba in 2014 - but he won't ever top this one.
