Wade’s wicket was part of a Tasmanian collapse of 4/29, leaving them at 5/91 in the 39th over.

Wade now averages just 7.6 from his five knocks in the Shield this season, having crossed double figures just once.

His national team rival Peter Nevill is in action at the Gabba, taking three catches in the first session of the match as Queensland have been reduced to 4/77 in the 32nd over against NSW.
