Queensland opener Matt Renshaw has continued his sparkling Sheffield Shield form, making his third ton in as many matches.

The burly 21-year-old brought up his ton off 155 balls with 13 fours in the second innings of the game against Western Aaustralia at the Gabba.

He’s now made centuries against Victoria, South Australia and WA in his last three matches.

Renshaw was dropped from the Test side ahead of this summer’s Ashes series for West Australian Cam Bancroft.

Bancroft has gone on to average 26.33 from his six Tests.

Queensland are in a strong position in the match, leading by 227 early on the fourth day.
